KATHLEEN WEBB, President, co-founded HomeWork Solutions in 1993 to provide payroll and tax services to families employing household workers. She has extensive experience preparing 'nanny tax' payroll taxes. Webb is the author of numerous articles on this topic and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger's Personal Finance, and the Congressional Quarterly. She also consulted with Senate staffers in the drafting of the 1994 Nanny Tax Law. Webb is also a co-founder of 4nannies.com Inc., the first online nanny recruiting venue. ALAN HEILBRON, Chairman, has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company and has since been the controller/chief financial officer for several public companies, as well as the founder of several private businesses. A founder of HomeWork Solutions, Heilbron is a graduate of Tufts University and holds a MS in Accounting from Northeastern University.

PHYLLIS RUEDINGER, (BS Business Administration, Frostburg State University MD) Client Support Supervisor. Phyllis has been supporting our NaniTax services since 1996.

ERIN BROWN BELL, (BS Accounting, George Mason University) Payroll Supervisor. Erin has been a team member since 2001.

ANGELA SCHIMMING MYERS, CPA, (BS Accounting, George Mason University), Accounting Manager. Angel joined our staff in 1994.

MARCIA SCOGIN, (Snead State Community College (AL)), Client Support - Account Registration Specialist. Marcia joined our team in 2003 and is the first point of contact our new clients have.

LINDA FAY, CPA, (BS, St. Thomas Aquinas College), Payroll Support - NaniPay Specialist. Linda joined our staff in 2006.

PATRICIE ALLEN, Client Support. Patricie joined our team in 2006.

SUMMER INTERNS - HomeWork Solutions offers summer internships, exposing the college student to many areas of account management, customer care, and marketing. Our 2006 interns, Becca and Sam, are valued team members and we are happy to have them assisting in 2006 year end activities during their winter break.
