  • You maintain flexibility and pay your worker directly. You transmit employee payroll records to HWS quarterly. We take care of all quarterly and annual employment tax form, filings and remittances. Penalty free, guaranteed!
  • We understand that many families are comfortable writing their own paychecks, and are seeking help with the tax reporting and remittance end of things. While other services will force all families into full household payroll services, we believe you should choose the amount of service support you want and need.
  • Complete registrations for federal and state employment tax accounts.
  • New Hire Reporting, as required by state law.
  • Online tools – you calculate and store your periodic payroll, including tax deductions. You pay the employee the correct net check amount.
  • You electronically transmit all of your stored payroll records at quarter end, and we get to work.
  • Quarterly calculation of taxes due, filing of all tax reports including remittance of taxes due.
