KATHLEEN WEBB, President, co-founded HomeWork Solutions in 1993 to provide payroll and tax services to families employing household workers. She has extensive experience preparing 'nanny tax' payroll taxes. Webb is the author of numerous articles on this topic and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger's Personal Finance, and the Congressional Quarterly. She also consulted with Senate staffers in the drafting of the 1994 Nanny Tax Law.   Webb is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College. Contact Ms. Webb

	CLARE SHERIDAN, (BA Tufts University, MBA, Yale School of Management) Vice President, Marketing and Development. Clare comes to HomeWork Solutions with over 20 years of experience in financial services and marketing management, primarily with Morgan Stanley in New York and Hong Kong. Contact Ms. Sheridan
	PHYLLIS RUEDINGER, (BS Business Administration, Frostburg State University MD) Client Support Manager. Phyllis has been supporting our NaniTax services since 1996. MARY BETH ALFORD, (BS, George Mason University), Client Support - Account Enrollment Specialist. Mary Beth joined our team in 2011 and is the team lead. She works with many prospective clients, providing information and advice on their payroll and tax responsibilities, and explaining HomeWork Solutions' services.

MARCIA SCOGIN, (Snead Community College) Client Support - Account Enrollment Specialist. Marcia joined our team in 2002.

NaniTax Team:

MARY CROWE, Client Support and Quality Assurance Team Lead. Mary joined our team in 2011, and assumed these responsibilities in October 2012. Mary's focus is client support and internal Information Technology support, her core competencies. She brings 15 years of successful client services experience, along with strong team building and problem solving skills, to our team.

LINDA MARTINEZ, FPC, (South Bay College, Los Angeles CA), Client Support. Linda joined our staff in 2012.

 

DONNA HIGDON, FPC, (BS Accounting, University of North Carolina - Wilmington), Production. Donna joined our staff in 2010.

KELLEE VICKERS, Production. Kellee joined our team in 2008.

CANDY GEORGE, Office & Production Management. Candy joined our team in 2005.

 

 FPC = Fundamentals of Payroll Certification, the American Payroll Associations' recommended core competency certification for a payroll client service representative.

SUMMER INTERNS - HomeWork Solutions offers summer internships, exposing the college student to many areas of account management, customer care, and marketing. Our 2011 and 2012 intern, Nikki, ably assisted staff with a software conversion. She attends Longwood University.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES - HomeWork Solutions is currently recruiting sales and marketing staff. Prior accounting and/or payroll industry experience required.
