Pennsylvania Tax Amnesty

Pennsylvania is offering a tax amnesty program through June 18, 2010 that includes delinquent Employer Withholding Taxes and Personal Income Taxes (for nannies who have not filed)that were due on/before June 30, 2009. The program offers waiver of 100 percent of penalties and half of the interest for anyone who pays his or her delinquent state taxes.

The amnesty program deals only with taxes administered by the PA Department of Revenue. Delinquent unemployment taxes for nanny employers are not covered because they are administered by the PA Department of Labor and Industry.
