Nanny Tax Service Provider's Charitable Giving Update
HomeWork Solutions previously announced it's 2009 Charitable Giving Initiative. It is time to update our clients and industry colleagues on the initiative's status.
The following organizations' food pantry services have been selected as recipients of our charitable donations through October 31, 2009.
The Manna Food Center of Montgomery County MD: Manna provides food to 37 Montgomery County agencies including soup kitchens, food pantries, group homes, and emergency shelters throughout Montgomery County.
The Glide Foundation (San Francisco CA): The Glide Foundation serves over 850,000 meals a year, making Glide one of the largest providers in San Francisco.
The Greater Boston Food Bank: The organization distributes more than 30 million pounds of food and grocery products annually to a network of nearly 600 member hunger-relief agencies in the greater Boston metro area.
Looking for a food pantry near you to support? Feeding America maintains a searchable directory of member food banks, or you may donate directly to Feeding America and they will funnel your donation to the areas with the greatest need.
