- How does my agency get started?
You can either phone the office at 800.626.4829 or sign up online at http://www.4nannytaxes.com/ESP. Registration is free, and a representative will contact you to personally welcome you and arrange for the delivery of free support literature for you and your staff.
- How are the commissions paid?
Commissions are tracked by your Partner ID - it is important that your client provide this to our representatives. We will require your client's name and contact information for record keeping. Commissions are paid monthly, along with a referral report. - How do our clients let you know?
Typically, when a prospective client calls with questions they will be asked how they heard about HomeWork Solutions. If they are calling because of an agency referral, they will be asked their name and the agency's name for referral tracking. New clients who register for services online (the most common scenario) will see the questions below to prompt them for the Partner ID.
- How do my clients get started?
Most clients will initiate contact via the telephone. HomeWork Solutions' staff is trained to answer questions regarding compensation, payroll taxes, and employment tax obligations of household employers. We recognize the critical importance of the financial and legal relationship between the client and their employee to the long term success of the placement.
New household employers, your referrals, who wish to receive the free account set-up service will be directed to the secure Agency Partner Portal (https://www.4nannytaxes.com/esp) to complete a brief registration form that collects the pertinent information about the employer and employee needed to register the client with the IRS and appropriate state agencies. The client will be e-mailed two documents for signature required by the IRS to initiate the registration process. Most registrations are completed within 3 - 5 days of receipt of the signed paperwork.
